Biodynamic Somatic Therapy in Singapore – Feb 2025

February 1, 2025 (Saturday) to March 1, 2025 (Saturday)

Biodynamic Somatic Therapy is a method of inviting realignment of the body’s internal dynamics.

  • Helping to address chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, and the lingering impacts of trauma.
  • It is a gentle hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms.
  • It reorganises from misaligned or overworked states into more fluid, available, and spacious states of internal harmony.
  • Rooted in Craniosacral dynamics, BST focuses on the spine—the house of the central nervous system.
  • A connection between mind and body invites a supportive space for physical recovery and emotional integration.

Feedback:

“I feel safe with Chloe. During the session, my body spoke to me in different ways. I let go of control and listen to what my body needs. That’s when magic happened.”

In almost a meditative-like state, the process enabled my mind to map the awareness to the different parts of the body, emotions, tensions and narratives they were holding. Chloe’s intuitive support nudged my nervous system to trust the innate intelligence to do the task of release, reorganisation and reintegration. The result – I was able to embrace a fuller, richer and more integrated experience of the sense of “self” when all of me felt “seen” and “heard”.“

– Anonymous, Psychotherapist, Singapore

“In sessions she’s guided me to opening up a space, emotionally, energetically/spiritually, physically, to experiencing more difficult / unfamiliar emotions.

Her presence calming and grounding, for these new emotions to feel safe. I’m more conscious of how I have unconsciously feared facing some difficult feelings.”

– Dianne, Teacher, Singapore

This sensorial session invites you into meeting your own fascia (the connective tissue that holds you together) and the underground world of mycelium (the fungal networks that hold forests together) as parallel worlds. Through guided movement, ambient music, gentle bodywork, and a shared mushroom broth to root together, we will explore how movement and mycelium can teach us how to relate, move, and listen rhizomatically.
