Couple times a year, Chloe will facilitate and organize Embodiment retreats, where participants can immerse themselves in practices and techniques that promote connection between mind, body, and spirit. These retreats provide a nurturing and supportive environment for individuals to explore and deepen their understanding of embodiment.
Chloe carefully selects the retreat locations to provide a serene and inspiring environment. Whether it’s a peaceful mountainside retreat or a tranquil beachfront setting, the landscapes and natural surroundings contribute to a deeper sense of relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection with nature.
Chloe is always open to collaboration and partnerships for future retreats. If you have any ideas or suggestions, don’t hesitate to reach out and explore the possibilities together.
If you’re interested in joining one of Chloe’s retreats, sign up to receive updates and be the first to know about upcoming retreats. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth.

Biodynamic Somatic Therapy is a method of gently realigning the body’s dynamics to release tension, restore balance, and support holistic healing from chronic pain, stress, and emotional volatility.
Biodynamic Somatic Therapy (BST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms to reorganise from misaligned or overworked states into more fluid, available, and spacious states of internal harmony.
Rooted in Craniosacral dynamics, BST focuses on the spine—the core of the central nervous system—helping to address chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, and the lingering effects of trauma.
