This workshop is led by Chloe, an experienced embodiment facilitator and somatic therapist. Her journey shapes her mission to navigate collective trauma, steering towards safe connection through kinaesthetic sensibility.

This sensorial session invites you into meeting your own fascia (the connective tissue that holds you together) and the underground world of mycelium (the fungal networks that hold forests together) as parallel worlds. Through guided movement, ambient music, gentle bodywork, and a shared mushroom broth to root together, we will explore how movement and mycelium can teach us how to relate, move, and listen rhizomatically.
