Oceanic Body: Rituals of Deep Time – Embodiment & Sound Retreat

May 9, 2025 (Friday) to May 11, 2025 (Sunday)

Oceanic Body is a 3 day deep dive into the wisdom of the water within our bodies. A space to enter into a state of deep time that can shift the way we navigate the turbulence, and currents of life.

Modern way of life has coerced us towards the violence of rushing and pursuit of perfection. This drives us into daily distraction, and compounded tension that leads into chronic fatigue and long term dis ease.

Deep time invites us into collective effervescence expressed through gathering with a shared intention, into our bountiful bodies and the wisdom it holds, and into nervous system health thro
