What if the intelligence beneath your skin speaks the same language as the soil?
This sensorial session invites you into meeting your own fascia (the connective tissue that holds you together) and the underground world of mycelium (the fungal networks that hold forests together) as parallel worlds.
Through guided movement, ambient music, gentle bodywork, and a shared mushroom broth to root together, we will explore how movement and mycelium can teach us how to relate, move, and listen rhizomatically.
What might emerge if we attuned to the body as a relational field, not a personal possession?
Come and gather to remember the networks—within and all around.

Chloe Chotrani | @bodyas.earth
Chloe is a movement artist and somatic therapist whose practice is rooted in a return to nature through the body — a way of making and remembering culture.
She brings over 13 years of experience studying world movement traditions: from the raw grit of Metro Manila’s street dance communities, to traditional forms across Senegal, the Malay world, and the Philippine archipelago, to Odissi and Chau of East India with Chowk in Singapore. She continually refines her own approach grounded in animistic and ancestral practices.
Having once lived years in silence, Chloe holds a rare sensitivity to the subtle body. As a certified Craniosacral and Chi Nei Tsang therapist, she creates trauma-informed spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies as a powerful site of transformation.
Sanat Mehta | @sanatmehtaa
Sanat Mehta is a movement and theatre artist whose practice bridges dance, theatre, and intercultural performance. Trained in Jazz, Ballet, and Modern Contemporary dance in his early years, yet deeply rooted in Eastern epistemologies—including Buddhist, Vedanta, Yogic, Zen, and Taoist traditions—he explores how somatic awareness can transform artistic expression.
Driven by curiosity about acting pedagogies, somatic wisdom, and embodied spirituality, Sanat investigates these concepts through the lens of Asian performing arts and their dialogue with global theatre and dance traditions. His vision is to integrate a holistic understanding of the living body into artistic practice, fostering both individual and collective expression.
For years, he has facilitated educational programs across South Asia, sharing knowledge on self-transformation through the performing arts. His empirical research spans Movement Meditation, Butoh, Contact Improvisation, Tai Chi, and Flow Arts, drawing inspiration from Noh Theatre, Wayang mWong, Kutiyattam, and Beijing Opera, alongside Suzuki, Mask Work, and Contemporary Acting methodologies he embodied at the Intercultural Theatre Institute.

Biodynamic Somatic Therapy is a method of gently realigning the body’s dynamics to release tension, restore balance, and support holistic healing from chronic pain, stress, and emotional volatility.
Biodynamic Somatic Therapy (BST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms to reorganise from misaligned or overworked states into more fluid, available, and spacious states of internal harmony.
Rooted in Craniosacral dynamics, BST focuses on the spine—the core of the central nervous system—helping to address chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, and the lingering effects of trauma.
