The retreat really allowed me to hold space for myself in a more intentional way that I had never really done before. To be around people who were also in a similar junction in their lives, trying to figure something out or hold space for themselves, also really helped put me at ease with being so vulnerable around virtually a group of strangers. The retreat really helped me tune into my inner self, which honestly had been drowned out by all the noise of life and really sort throughs tuff. I’m so grateful to have been reintroduced to this inner self/voice/something and I looking forward to continuing doing so.
