It’s been difficult for me to meditate in stillness. I’ve been feeling called to come home to my body and to meditate in movement and dance. Chloe’s Embodied Landscapes (movement therapy workshop) was exactly the kind of meditation I needed. If anyone is interested in depending their relationship with their bodies and or exploring free movement in a safe space, I highly recommend this.
