I’ve attended Chloe’s Embodied Landscapes (movement therapy workshop) a couple of times and it’s a magical time. She’s a great facilitator who creates a judgement free zone where everyone can let loose. It’s a workout and you sweat! However, there is an element of mental release and relaxation as well. The whole sequence is flexible and accommodates people of different fitness levels and comforts with dance. I’ve noticed after the sessions, everyone leaves with a smile and feeling grateful for the time spent in community.
